HUB KEY SERVICES is committed to providing professional automotive locksmith services. The following warranty terms outline the coverage applicable to services and parts provided by our business.

1. Warranty Period

Labor:
A 60-day workmanship warranty applies to labor performed by HUB KEY SERVICES, starting from the date of service completion. This warranty applies only to services provided within our designated service area.

Parts:
New parts supplied and installed by HUB KEY SERVICES are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, typically up to one (1) year, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

2. What Is Covered

This warranty applies to issues resulting directly from:

  • Workmanship Issues:
    Problems caused by an error in the service or installation performed by a HUB KEY SERVICES technician.

  • Defective Parts:
    Malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect in new parts supplied and installed by HUB KEY SERVICES.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to issues caused by:

  • Customer Damage or Misuse:
    Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper handling by the customer or a third party.

  • Normal Wear and Tear:
    Routine wear, cosmetic changes, or performance issues that occur through normal use, including standard battery depletion.

  • Third-Party Repairs or Modifications:
    Any repair, adjustment, or modification performed by individuals or companies other than HUB KEY SERVICES.

  • Specific Exclusions:
    Key fob batteries are generally excluded from parts coverage unless otherwise stated on the original invoice.
