How Far We Travel
Our van is based in Fremont, so the closest cities are the ones we can usually reach soonest: Fremont itself, Newark, Union City and Milpitas. Most calls are reached in 20 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
Cities across a bridge or over a hill take longer. For Pleasanton we come over the Sunol Grade on I-680. For Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Redwood City and San Carlos we cross the Dumbarton or San Mateo Bridge. For Mountain View and Los Altos we take Highway 237. Wherever you are, we give you an honest arrival time on the phone before we leave.
