HUB KEY SERVICES is committed to providing professional automotive locksmith services. This Warranty & Service Policy outlines the coverage applicable to services and parts provided by our business.

Warranty Period

Labor Warranty:
We provide a 60-day workmanship warranty on all labor performed by HUB KEY SERVICES. This warranty begins on the date the service is completed and applies only to services performed within our designated service area.

Parts Warranty:
New parts supplied and installed by HUB KEY SERVICES are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, typically up to one (1) year, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

What Is Covered

This warranty applies only to issues resulting directly from:

Workmanship Issues:
Errors or faults caused by installation or service performed by a HUB KEY SERVICES technician.

Defective Parts:
Malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects in new parts supplied and installed by our company.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to issues caused by:

Customer Damage or Misuse:
Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper handling by the customer or any third party.

Normal Wear and Tear:
Routine wear and tear, cosmetic changes, or performance degradation over time, including battery depletion.

Third-Party Repairs or Modifications:
Any repairs, adjustments, or modifications performed by individuals or companies other than HUB KEY SERVICES.

Specific Exclusions:
Key fob batteries are generally not covered unless explicitly stated on the original invoice.
